Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of the Golden Veyra website and services. Specific client engagements may also be governed by a proposal, order form or service agreement.
Services
Golden Veyra provides employer acquisition, hiring-intent research, contact research, outreach support, reply management, meeting scheduling and, where included in a plan, talent-sourcing support.
No guaranteed business outcome
We control the research and execution of the agreed service. We do not guarantee a specific number of replies, meetings, job orders, placements, hires, sales or revenue unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Qualified Meeting Held
Where a performance fee applies, a Qualified Meeting Held generally means a meeting with an employer fitting the agreed target profile, attended by a relevant decision-maker or stakeholder who expressed sufficient interest to accept the conversation, and where the meeting actually occurs. No-show meetings do not trigger the standard performance fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate target criteria, claims and exclusions, including current clients, protected accounts and do-not-contact lists. Clients are also responsible for their own discovery calls, commercial negotiations, proposals, recruiting agreements, placements and compliance obligations specific to their business.
Responsible outreach
Golden Veyra may decline or pause campaigns that rely on misleading claims, impersonation, unlawful data use, harassment or other practices inconsistent with responsible business communications.
Candidate privacy
Identifiable candidate information is not intended to be distributed to third parties without appropriate authorization. Early-stage talent pipelines may use anonymized or aggregated professional information.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing cadence, plan limits and cancellation terms are those stated in the applicable proposal, checkout, invoice or service agreement.
Intellectual property
Golden Veyra retains rights in its branding, workflows, templates, scoring concepts and service materials except for client-owned materials or rights expressly granted in writing.
Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Golden Veyra is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from third-party decisions, market conditions, hiring outcomes, platform interruptions or client actions.
Governing framework
Unless a written agreement specifies otherwise, services operated through JAQ Minerals are intended to be governed by applicable laws of Ontario and Canada, subject to mandatory laws that apply to a customer in another jurisdiction.
